Who do I talk to about trying to get one of these events happening in Canada? I work at Galileo Coffee in Squamish BC and we have the PERFECT building to hold one of these events. Plus, it might be enough to convince my bosses to buy a machine with pressur profiling - would be a total dream for me as a barista. :)
