can someone pleeeeeaaase tell me why in Australia is the federal constitution referred to as the living constitution????? I know its got something to do with the fact that the high court interprets the legislation because words are alwys changing and society evolving

Ginny is a savvy politician and an excellent representative for her benefactors... e.g.,Banks/Insurance Companies/Health Care Conglomerates, Pharmaceutical Lobbyists... at the expense of ordinary people. That said, Mr. Sager is just as dangerous given his brand of myopia. America IS a Corporatist State w/ BOTH major parties completely corrupted by the system in which they operate.
