  • So many opinnions I do agree if you cook raw ones the pressure cooker is the way to go. Check out my video it's a good way to go with green ones.

  • I love boiled peanuts... I can't believe people haven't tried them! Sucking the juice is the best thing!

  • Good points about boiling. Pressure cookers are definitely a benefit when boiling drier peanuts. You truly must use enough water in the pressure cooker to fully float the peanuts (for safety & flavor). The juice saturates the peanut pods with salty goodness. Green peanuts are fresh dug from the ground with about 35% to 50% moisture. Farmers market dried peanuts may be Green and wet, or Sundried to 20% or processed to 10% moisture (USDA standard). boiled peanut world
