  • I've been obsessed ever since I heard them at the Montreal Jazz Fest years back. I had no idea who Budos were, but I heard a sound in the distance, followed it and found THIS. Brilliant!

    But why such a crapy recording promoted by daptone itselfs, and way to much false notes by the brass section. Or is it me?

  • Ethiopian Jazz. No pc, no too much effect, clean and in harmony. Just like the old times, perhaps the Ethiopian. Listen to the keyboard, its totally ethiopian harmonic. I love it.
