@lhencram0079 It sounds like your system restore service is disabled. Select Start > Run... and type services.msc then press enter. When the list of services come up, locate the "System Restore" service, right click on it and select properties. Make sure it is set to automatic or manual and you may need to click "start the service" in the upper left hand corner after selecting Ok.
please help
whenever I click the Launch system restore button it always tell me this message:
System Restore has been turned off.
Do you want to turn on System Restore now?
then when I click yes the system properties pops out.
what should i do?
