Wow the competition narrows down to missouri 04 and tennessee 07 but in my opinion rachel did a great miss usa competition better then shandi but shandi did a better miss universe competition!
California in 2005 and 2006 should have been in your top 10... Also Miss Texas and winnder in 1989 Courtney Gibbs, also Miss Michigan, Miss USA and 1st runner up in the MISs Universe in 1990 Carol Gist...
