I know Benny Hinn is a fraud with his healings and what he does with the donations but I saw video of preaching and his sermon was pretty legit. Now, it doesn't mean his sermon is always biblical but from what I saw it was legit.

At the end of this video, the narrator mentions Benny Hinn speaking of the communion bread as the literal body of Jesus. This is a FALSE Catholic doctrine called the "doctrine of TRANSUBSTANTIATION." If the bread becomes the real body of Jesus, who was a living, breathing, human, then his disciples and all who eat the bread "turned into the body" are practicing CANNIBALISM. Paul referred to the bread as bread not the literal body of Jesus. (1st Corinthians 11:26)

God can defend himself. Jesus said to preach the gospel, not comdemn (john 3:17). Until this kind of harmful talk stops in the church we will never be able to become unified as Jesus prayed.
This type of teaching does not benifit the church nor God's movement. All that it does is cause division within and encourage unbelievers to laugh at those who believe. Even if Benny is "false", where does it say attack them or to expose them in this manner. I believe Paul taught us in Gal. 3 to go to them in a spirit of meekness. God's love does not expose one's sin but in fact the word teaches us that love covers many sins. There is no love in this.

i used to have a spot in my back that would cause me to have a migraine so severe that it felt like someone was driving something into my eye. i wanted to beat my head against a wall. i live up north and his crusade came to detroit michigan so we went. we sat it the top of the stadium and mr. hinn said that jesus would heal people that night. he would give us an extra gifting of faith to receive it. i actual felt my back straighten up. no one actually touched me. thank you jesus.

tjhat was 15 years ago. i didn't have medical insurance at the time. it didn't occur to me that i'd need to prove anything to anyone. i'd had several people pray for me from my local church, including my step grandparents,who were the pastors. they prayed for me for other healing things, like colds and stuff like that with success but not for this. if it was a placebo, i would have been healed then and not later at the crusade.

You're right. God's word is, and it's been given to believers to discern truth from error. We need to start reading it, while praying for the Holy Spirit to teach us it's truth. If Christians do not remain in the scriptures given for our instruction, comfort, and training in righteousness, how can we expect to discern truth from error?

This "slain in the spirit" is a discriptor for deep sleep or trance. Many verses in the bible. The word "rapture" is used also as a discriptor for twinkling of an eye or to be caught up. Etc...

Benny Hinn also said that the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit each have three bodies. So, according to Benny, there are 9 of them. Those who were following Benny should've been checking their Bibles. At the end of this video, the narrator mentions Benny Hinn speaking of the communion bread as the literal body of Jesus. This is a FALSE Catholic doctrine called the "doctrine of TRANSUBSTANTIATION." If the bread becomes the real body of Jesus, who was a living, breathing, human, then his disciples and all who eat the bread "turned into the body" are practicing CANNIBALISM. Paul referred to the bread as bread not the literal body of Jesus. (1st Corinthians 11:26)

Pastors MUST encourage members of their congregation to READ THE BIBLE in their homes, instead of coming to church to be spoon-fed information. This type of teaching does not benifit the church nor God's movement. All that it does is cause division within and encourage unbelievers to laugh at those who believe. Even if Benny is "false", where does it say attack them or to expose them in this manner. I believe Paul taught us in Gal. 3 to go to them in a spirit of meekness. God's love does not expose one's sin but in fact the word teaches us that love covers many sins. There is no love in this.

Hmmmm! Didn't Jesus say that if demons cast itself how could his house stand!! It was in the context of not believing in the Holy Spirit. So how could the people that are ministered to by him praise Jesus not Benny. I am not a prophet of Benny, Just know what the bible says about this topic of those who do good works in this manner. We are never told by Jesus to go after anyone in this manner, in fact doesn't worry about them at all. Paul, I believe, said at least Jesus was being preached.

the Bible said that you will know them by their fruit. Benny Hinn leads people to Jesus and prays they get healed and set free. I am one of those that was healed. And he gives Jesus all the glory. You should be ashamed of youself. If you spent as much time in prayer and humility as he does, maybe God could use you the way he desires.

i used to have a spot in my back that would cause me to have a migraine so severe that it felt like someone was driving something into my eye. i wanted to beat my head against a wall. i live up north and his crusade came to detroit michigan so we went. we sat it the top of the stadium and mr. hinn said that jesus would heal people that night. he would give us an extra gifting of faith to receive it. i actual felt my back straighten up. no one actually touched me. thank you jesus.

tjhat was 15 years ago. i didn't have medical insurance at the time. it didn't occur to me that i'd need to prove anything to anyone. i'd had several people pray for me from my local church, including my step grandparents,who were the pastors. they prayed for me for other healing things, like colds and stuff like that with success but not for this. if it was a placebo, i would have been healed then and not later at the crusade.

There are many deceiving spirits out there. I used to believe that, until I opened my eyes and learned the truth. And the truth is never evil. Again: I wish races were all equal so there would not have to be such a need for the separation of races like there was under Jim Crow and Apartheid; in hindsight, that was the best thing that could have been done. Under Apartheid, no black went hungry and it was much more peaceful; same in Rhodesia as in America.

This "slain in the spirit" is a discriptor for deep sleep or trance. Many verses in the bible. The word "rapture" is used also as a discriptor for twinkling of an eye or to be caught up. Etc...
