One thing... you said to make sure everything in the house is crappy... but I think the furniture you put in i too nice for a Hobo home. You can get couches that look worn through and stuff. should have used them. But other than that good job :D

on my sims2 petz for ps2 i got a "saved from the curb couch" it was cool then i bought a better one and my dog chewed it up so i just bought the saved fromthe curb one so he could chew it up
