If I an correctly recalling this, I remember seeing a pic awhile back that showed a torrent file titled "Car", I believe it was something like 362 TERAbyte file. So if what was in the pic was real and not 'shopped, if you had that big of a space on your hard-drive, you could technically download a car. They will have the right to shut down any website they want INCLUDING YOUTUBE. They can fine you for the most harmless thing like having a part of a song that doesn't belong to you in a video that you recorded. It also allows you internet provider to monitor all your activities including every site you visit and email you send.
