voyeurdug: You are correct. 75% of the people in all of the service academies have no right to be there. Slots are political appointments, bought from the Congressman and Senator of their home state. Appointments should be on acedemic acheivement only.

this country really need a change and Obama is right. The Press, the Congress, the Senate, the teabaggers, all belong to the 20th century if not even before.
FACTS:
1 - THE COUNTRY WAS LEFT WITH 2 WARS AND A 4 STAGE CANCER ECONOMY WITH METHASTASIS. You need to invest money in chemo and surgery and you cannot just leave Afghanistan after you broke it as you did in Iraq. Where is the commitment to the 9/11 victims and to the nation?
