Here it goes my try, I have to say that I'm not Portugues, I'm Spanish, but I can try it (there will be some mistakes for sure, but I think I got the point)

My name is Diego Hypolito and this is my story, I broke my foot in 2005 and I was a long time off. I wanted to go to the world championship. When I started training there were just 3 weeks left for the competition. It was really difficult. When I finished I though I won. Improvement and........are things that can make my life better.
