Loop roll should have been included. The loop features on the ns7 are way ahead of this thing (manual, autoloop any length, loop shift, loop roll) all from dedicated hardware butttons. i love pioneer but they slept on this.

That's kind of a shame that that's a feature to point out.

Mixing software loop functions are leagues better than simple auto quantize and loop halving.

I really don't know how conventional mixing methods will stand up in the next 5 years considering how far software alternatives have advanced.

Not quite, the CDJ400 has a loop divide function which rhythmically chops the loop whereas this function cuts the loop's length in half.
