I had a problem with BSOD's, I used a hammer to reboot the machine, it turned off, but wont turn on again. Hmm, maybe I just need to hit the vista POS more. Alittle violence will solve any problem, espescially if its Vista.
Smashing a computer is safe, just wear eye protection, dont want something flying in your eye. Plugged in, everything is running at 3, 5, 12 volts DC, as long as you dont contact the PSU which takes the 120/240V and converts the voltages to the levels needed by the busses
the old joke "if nothing else helps, then ix it with a hammer. a BIG one..." :)))

You're focusing on the front too much. Whack the PSU a few times, might solve your problem.

The computer unfortunately does not have a mind of its own, or a soul, or feelings. So this is pretty useless.

Put some flame decals on that mother F* and it will go faster, don't forget to tie it on the back of your car. It will even go 10 times faster.
