dude how much yen are you paying for that place that place has got to be around 20,000 yen but thats just my guess also their is utilities fee

Umm. I was just looking at this on another site. It is 77,000 yen a month, and 30,000 yen first month security deosit. It is a dump and a rip off

very nice, i think. i am moving to japan in a couple years with my girlfriend, and i am preparing for the small living space. XD but i like this guest house. ^_^
