hi is it possible to delete an update from a specific game like i want to delete the update on fable 3 but unlike fifa 11 which has a file called fifa 11 title update and u just delete is there one similar to fable 3?

I've done this exact thing every time i want to get rid of a patch. But every time i go to a game, it never asks me to update or re-patch the deleted patche(s). Any ideas?
