I don't believe every big muscled wrestler does steroids, only the ones who seem to show signs of it. Such as knots in the veins, overly-expanding muscles. And besides, how many times has triple H had knee surgery because of split muscles and tendons? Muscles can only expand so far before they begin to tear.
