Well I know from a pretty good source of information, that all the denim for the "Levis" are made in Mexico. I wont tell in which part of the Country, but I saw with these eyes that would be worms food when I die, that I saw rolls and rolls of dark blue Denim ready to be shipped to the "Levis" factories in Mexico, Because "Levis" are made in a lot of parts from the globe. Of course to replicate a "Levis" is impossible due that they have the right sewing machines, to do the trademark on pocket

i bought a levi's 501 STF yesterday by ordering over the internet here in japan. but i noticed the red tag doesn't have "levi's" printed on it except the "R circle". is this genuine?

i have seen the other areas of the jeans and no prob except for the red tag. please help

some of the jeans are like that , but they are still genuine. there are lots of video's out ther on how to tell fakes from real levis.

501 jean fit is unique . 506 style fit jean, you can find it from other brands like energie, diesel ,true religion. i tried all the strait legs jeans from different brands, but 501 is the best.
