why is it sometimes the other player spins and is invincible when you focus cancel like 2.00. Sagats cancel is so annoying u have to back dash cancel the tiger upper, if u want to connect the ulra when someone jumps in and now this damn spin bs. Its already annoying enough missing the high step kick(-> + rh) cos i did it to early arrh!

I think its a weekly Niconico thing, from what I can understand the show is called "Toriaezu namachu (ni hai me)" which literally translates to "in the meantime, medium size draft beer (2nd glass/refill)" BUT the medium size draft beer is a play on words, namachu can also means "on air/live". (source: GG official site, my japanese knowledge + rikaichan)
