  • WHAT IS THE NEXT SONG?!@#?

  • FREDDIE MERCURY......HEAVENS LEAD SINGER.

  • Great song,great album,legendary band

  • John and Roger are so tight on this one!

  • simply wonderful! Italy.

  • Freddie .... the consummate showman. You are missed man.

  • On your mark, get ready, Queen wins the race before the gun fires.

  • @zmznzbzvzmznzb no they win when they first get there

  • Oh My! I'm so covered in goosebumps

  • ROCK Music will always progress so long as the future musicians remember their roots...

    Queen..

    Creedence Clearwater Revival...

    Black Sabbath...

    I could go on...

  • i saw queen in concert 4 times...my first concert i was 4th row from the stage, i almost caught freddie's tamborine he threw to the audience....i was on a high weeks after that............i miss queen

  • Freddie Mercury looking like The Court Jester - Great Song

  • Gorgeous... stunning work by Freddie.. :)

  • I have this on video and on a bootleg disc, but this youtube video still has a better quality. Olé.

  • BARBARO

  • Que saudade...

  • I love how their music is sophisticated and doesen't bore you with one simple riff throughout the entire song

my favorite band and im 14

  • Such good music at young age guarantees a bright future, my friend.

  • thank you, i strive to become a singer someday and i have always admired freddie as a vocalist more than any1 else

  • You know good music then young man!!!

  • Queen always remained true to their music/art. They were the smartest band around in their day. There are more young people like you who have discovered Queen and found out how music has been "dumbed down" for the masses. I congratulate you on appreciating Queen and hope you get as many years of enjoyment from them as I have (35 years so far). Seeing them live was awesome.

  • i totally envy you. when did you see them live??

  • I saw them in L.A. during their Hot Space tour in 1982. Billy Squier opened for them. My high school friends like Queen but after the concert, they LOVED them. They are great musicians with an awesome catalog of songs and Freddie was a master showman who could get a crowd fired up. Freddie can sing anything, all styles of music and the range of an opera singer. Such a talented man.

I did see Paul Rodgers and Queen in concert and paid $350 for VIP seats through the Queen Fan Club.

  • ...genialne.....

  • Bealtiful Song Of Queen

  • 12 years later for me. same year as the album "The Miracle"...hmmm I wonder if he knew...

  • Freddies voice however young or older was just Amazing!! R.I.P. Freddie <3

  • this is great ive never seen them do this wonderful song live. luv this song!

  • thank God for youtube! i'm finding so many videos i haven't seen before!

  • the ad lib bit (2' 45") really seems spontaneous, May & Deacon just loop their parts, waiting for Mercury's cue - how very Rock n Roll!

  • Marvellous...

    I just love this concert..

    How I wish I could´ve been there...

Sadly, I was only 4 years old at the time, hahaha! ;)

  • CHEERS FREDDIE!!!!

  • i´ve got this concert in HQ!

  • QUEEN te amo con toda mi alma no sabes cuanto daría mi vida poe ti ERES EL MEJOR!!!!!

  • i like this song. Queen 1 is underrated

  • absolutely

  • Wonderful voice Freddy

  • That just plain rocks!

  • wow, cant belive only 22157 views ,it doesnt get much better than this.Erly queen with the thrash element about to come through to queen 1 and queen 2 and sheer h.a. superb.

  • Wow, this is a huge trip down memory lane. Judging by Freddie's harlequin outfit its from the 1977 tour. I saw them in Glasgow and its so wonderful to relive the times and with such good quality.

Between 1973 and 1977, Queen released six albums and naturally choices had to be made otherwise gigs would have lasted about four/five hours.

    Thanks for posting this.

Heavens, I was 21 back then, where have the years gone.

  • Freddie at his top,

The other guys in great shape.

    Roger going ape!!

Beautifully played i love the part starting around 2.15

I was always quite dissapointed they played so little early songs on Live Killers.

Glad youtube's here to stay. Thx a lot!!

  • ooooh, this is the champagne and popcorn era of concerts ... I wish I lived that!

  • Remember when 3:00 became a jingle for MTV?

  • If you would like to own this Queen Live at Earl's Court concert as a DVD to watch on your TV send me a msg!

  • I used to stay up late and listen to this album when I was younger. Now, here we are decades later, and I'm still staying up late and listening to this album... I'd trade it all to have Freddie back with us.

  • @bankyedwards37 Well said !!!!!!!!!!!!! Freddie R.I.P

  • @bankyedwards37 So would I. I´m now 47 years young but I so miss Freddie!!

  • 1:30 to 2:59 is one catchy beat... brian has some of the best guitar riffs along with johns smooth bass lines and rogers progressive drum beats and of course Freddie's large voice

  • This one off the songs Queen(Brian+Roger) wrote before Freddie got in the picture

  • Cheers Freddie

  • Beautiful beautiful Freddie, I miss your voice so much, RIP Freddie, talented beautiful Freddie, they broke the mold with you.

And love you Brian May as well. Long live Queen!

    :-)

  • Brian May faz a base, o solo, e ainda dobra o solo da guitarra de uma vez só.

    Gênio.

  • RHCPer get fucked loser. your just jealous motherfucker.

  • one of, if not the BEST classic era Queen song (or Smile, if u call it that way!)

  • Brian May owns Van Halen

  • how much did he buy him for??

  • 3 cents

  • The Earls Court concert is one of my favorite Queen concerts on YouTube.

  • Freddie makes such clear, sparse, nice choices on the piano. Nice backing vocals too.

Sounds like a MXR phase 90 on May's gtr. And May has the dang weirdest, hardest rhythms to comp. Must be an English thing.

  • Sounds like an MXR Phase 90 but it's actually a Foxx Phaser. They started making them again recently.... Yes I need to get out more.

  • Thru an AC-30 also. I want that sound but the guitar is going to be tough to get considering his Dad built it.

  • Such a beautiful song.

  • mucha razon!!

  • El es un Dios para cantar, para vivir y para tocar el piano. Es simplemente único. Se merece el mundo entero.

  • You just feel they'd been playing this song for about 10 years before it got this mojo feeling. Great song, but it really matured with age (or maybe they matured ...)!

  • This isn't a Queen song, It's a Smile song, was written by Brian May and Tim Stafell and was released on the 'Ghost Of A Smile' album, Roger Taylor sings most of it, or mayb jst the 1st verse, not listened 2 it for a while 2 remember lol. I prefer Queen's version of this tho

  • Queen sings it...It IS a Queen Song!!! Freddie was the brains and balls of Queen! Great Song!!

  • i know queen sang this, it's on their 1st album, but it is originaly a Smile song, like i said written by Brian May and Tim Staffel...

  • It IS originally a Smile song. It's here on youtube, just search for Doin' Alright or Smile or whatever. Queens version is better of course. Hehehe. Goes wothout saying, really.

  • I like Rogers singing in the Smile version tho,......but i do like Queen's version better

  • Right well... written by Brian May -- Brian is in Queen... obviously, he had rights to the song. So, it once was performed by Smile but it is officially a Queen song, I believe. Smile is pretty much comprised of Queen anyway -- Roger and Brian. Why split hairs over whose song it is?? Roger & Brian ARE QUEEN. Have a nice day. ;-)

  • no-one's splitting hairs, but ill put it simply for u again...this is NOT a Queen song, IT'S A Smile song

  • well, thank you for putting it in simple terms for me... how generous of you! And you're smart too! Wow.

  • oh shutt up and listen to the song... it's wonderful

  • not true TaylorMaye, it was modified in later performances (such as this one) to adapt to the Queen sound.

  • Very underrated song.

  • this song is actuelly from smile.

  • wow!

  • Hermosa cancion!

  • This concert its one of the best of Queen!

  • One of my all time favorite Queen songs. Beautiful. They were magic. Cheers to you too my darling Freddie!

  • This is from Earls court? Earls court is a pretty big place right?! I remember seeing the Pink Floyd's pulse video from there and it was pretty impressive. Was it like that when Queen performed? Im not from England so i hope somebody can shed some light for me? :)

  • yes it is. it was a free concert to the public and it was filled.

  • actually, i think it was in 76 when they did earls court for free.

  • This is 1977, trust me...I know, lol ;-)

  • it is, but was this gig free?

  • Im not entirely sure if this gig was free or not, sorry

  • OK just checked it out. They performed a free gig at hyde in 1976. This being 1977, was not free.

  • ah ha...yer...i knew the Hyde Park Gig was free, jst werent sure if this one was or not, but obviously not lol

  • brilliant!

  • nunca la hbia escuchadoen vivo ooo excelent
