EMS in the Philippines are quite good...especially if they come from a respected EMT school there in the Phil (i know one and the ONLY one...EMT school in the Phil.) located in E.Garcia in Cubao beside the school infront of a wet market....i know bcoz i met some of the best EMT-Basics and EMT-Defibrillators back in the Philippines and some of them are my coworkers now here in US...
and off the record...im a FIL.AM...and PHILS. is PHILS...AMERICA is AMERICA..so dont compare...
actually its ok not to move the patient if you dont knw what ur goin to do...you may harm the patient...rather that help him...since the patient is quite stable..can talk...he's ok but always suspect spine injury...
