When I saw Kiss in 79' it was so cool watching Ace do "2000 Man", everytime Ace would hit the same barre chord in the intro he would shoot a rocket out of his Les Paul, then he threw the guitar up in the air and it floated above him, then picked up another Paul and shot more rockets out - aiming at the one in the air and bouncing off it, it was so fucking cool!

have you ever seen the video where the young-brothers play with the rolling stones? angus and malcolm are sooooooo much better on the guitars as woods/richards but would the stones work with 2 excellent guitar players? NO!

The "magic" of the stones works only with woods and richards on the guitars.... and in my opinion the KISS "magic" does not work without Ace. no matter if he was kicked or left or why he left! The day he left, Kiss lost their magic! (my opinion)
