I don't know who fails more. The archer without a trap and with heat shot dot b4 freeze, or the warlock (wich used shield in the begin, yay! :D) who was insane lucky :D ... uhm use max lv traps, they hit like a spam then (especially lightning trap)
i hope you know that WE have more than one trap. for your tactic (wich i'll use too if i were able to ;P ) you dont need lightning trap. so its just a 2nd saver against the stun lock with axe. but how i said, normally the archer owns you faster. first stun + knockback, out of range -> hold, any oder dd skills (no dot ...) -> freeze, move forward, freeze trap, move back, pull all other skills out, while your far away, out of range of spam or nightmare. then you're death ... for sure.
u can sure do what ever u want,im just saying how to(my way) wich i think is the best,u can use yours or mine,i just say another way (for me better)how to.
IF the archer doesn't make a mistake, there is. But that there allways is a possibility to make a mistake, or a bug happens, or lag is overcome to us, there isnt a sure kill.

The point is, an archer may use a trap near you too OR he may use 2h Axe for stunlock.
So a trap would save you from this.
But the first stun normally knocks back, so you have to move ~3m forward. Then your "save"

I wasn't talking about the Warlock. I did about the Archer how to kill every Mage for sure.

Yes, the freeze trap of the archer hurts allways very much. Its nearly impossible to beat a good archer as mage.
