  • I saw another person who got stress fractures from doing plyo barefoot. Be careful with those light shoes. I am in Power 90 now, not ready for anything tougher yet. So you did Turbofire AFTER P90X? Is there a logical progression? I would be worried Turbofire would not be enough muscle work after coming off P90X?

  • @mikecazzx I have been working to build up my muscles and feet for doing Plyo in my VFF. I would not recommend jumping right into Plyo with the Vibram Five Fingers. TurboFire would be better to burn of fat but the small amount of muscle lose would be quickly regained in your next round of P90X. I would also look at adding in the P90X One on One workouts after a round of P90X. It is really a personal preference. I did Insanity after then did Turbofire.

  • are these all of the workouts?

  • @rayright15 Sorry it took so long to reply. We just got power back after the storms. Yes I have reviewed all the workouts except the short 15min Overtime workout.

  • Its rest day next not relief but I guess you can do relief if you want its pretty easy its easier than cardio recovery.

  • @smashu2 You are correct and I needed the Rest Day. It will be awhile until another come up on the schedule. Relief does feel good unlike the brutal Cardio Recovery from Insanity.

  • hey do hit your head trying to the vertical in doors ?

  • @dredredre I do have to watch out for my fan in the room.

  • Ahhhhhh pressing play on this one in 10!
