Yeps that's a YS-11 From Air Aruba it was put there on Oct 2004 for coral formation and an attraction . the plane info was P4-YSB with the name Trupial.

Neat pix, but its not a DC-4. A DC-4 is a 4-engine piston-prop plane. This plane is a 2-engine turboprop plane. I'd guess its a YS-11.
