Open your fucking eyes and you'd see that they are not doing half squats, they are going to parallel, which is considered to be a full squat, while some people like to go below that, into the negative phase. Plus, if the spotter was taking any weight even close to 100 pounds off the bar, you'd see these guys repping it out. This isn't training, dumbshit, it's a showcase. I'd love to see you do any of this, since you've got the biggest mouth for shit-talking,
