The plain-line angle is indeed very important, but ultimately you need to keep your head, hands and spine 4-5" behind the ball at all times during the swing. The ball may begin to hook a tad more, but this tip will eliminate your slice. Try it.
Unbelievable! Great instruction. I was slicing 95% of the time off the tee. After watching this video and implementing what he teaches, the slice was gone with the first visit to the driving range. Thanks!

amazing exercise!! You keep it simple, and the visuals REALLY outline the swing plane without getting OVERLY technical. Thank you!
I recently switched to a superfast, and I feel like I'm swinging my driver like an iron...funny as you describe that in your explanation!!!
Will be practicing this little drill!

I think I may be taking my arms too high in the back swing, above shoulder height. Your advice to keep them BELOW shoulder height might just work.
On Monday I will try your way.
Thanks for the tip.
I may even get below 28 one day, who knows!

Good stuff Jeff ! Did it for me.. I have a tendency to miss right due to hanging on to it or swinging out and not releasing he club...
This has me much more on plane all the way to finish and releasing the club.. GREAT STUFF !
