@zevex747: It's a down-throw with Falcon, and then a run off the ledge into a knee. This video shows that he did the proper moves, but the foe didn't have a sufficient amount of damage, and instead OHKOd a Shy Guy. Reneblade's sense of humor decided that this was the best Dropzone ever.
