  • If you do not stabilize your core, via your transverse abdominus, a posterior pelvic tilt, then you could be doing more harm than good with this exercise. That is when skilled PT is an integral component to help train you.

  • @bobzero11 Could you explain this in english? i do this exercise a lot. am i killing myself?
