i would suggest knowing that there are 3 main moneymaking skills u would need 33fishing 33wc and 33mining...but that would be to easy so u could make it 70.or else u could say.the more u train ur moneymaking skills the higher ur G.E. mercher level would be but that alone would be too easy wouldt it --so i would think u can get ur exp to lvl 99 exp whit training ur skills.but to actuali level u need to make a sell\puchase of certain amouts of gp like-lvl1-5 250{per level} (part 2 comming up)

The way to get it should be once you talk to the tutorial guy, every sale you make is a certain amount of xp, and every purchase you make is half of that. The XP would be greater for the higher purchase you made. Say you bought something worth a coin. You would get .01 xp. 10 coins is equivalent to 1xp. 10M, 100,000 XP, and 100M is 1Million XP. There would be a limit of 1.2Million XP a day so that one could not simply buy it in a day and you can not raise more than 1 level a day at level 94.

It should be you get Certain capes from the GrandExchange tutor when you are a "master" it takes like 1 week before you can get another cape but you must meet requirements,Like you sell 5 items in 1 week, you sell 10 items then for the skillcape you must sell like 40 items in 5 day period.

Then on the last week for the skillcape he says

G.E Tutor:If you manage to sell 50 items in 1 week,Come back to me when you have,You will have a special prize but costs 99,000gp.

just pointing this out, the pads that go over the shoulders are the same color as the trim of the cape. e.g. cooking cape has red shoulder pads, red trim. prayer cape has gold shoulder pads, gold trim. thieving cape has black shoulder pads, black trim.
