"Vote stealing"? What are you talking about? Cantor is responding to todays incident when the vote was inadvertently closed 15 minutes early and reopened.

There is a Congressional rule than no vote is to be held open for more than 1 hour (iirc) to avoid things incidents exactly like what Delay did last year... holding a vote open until you finally get the result you want.

The two incidents aren't even comparable, and the feigned GOP outrage is more than a tad hypocritical.
