U2 performaing One in Sydney on their Popmart tour on Feb 27 1998. I was there. INXS were all the the sound booth watching the show. Before One they performed a slow song called MLK in which Michael appeared on the massive screen. Absolute tears.

Glad you put that quote from 'The Stairs' in there. I think the same thing. That song has come to mean so much more to me now. It represents the pain around Hutch's death, the band's struggle to carry on as they still have something to say and the hope that anyone listening who is the same boat Hutch was in to make a different choice.
