  • Is that line - "the angels fell" - from a movie or something? Just curious. And drunk. Curious and drunk.

  • one of my most fave songs by fave jungelist

  • this will forever be the best d&b song out there, far as im concerned. too bad dillinja makes horseshit music these days

  • @glaxglax yeah true..although I still have big respect for him. He's the guy that brought me to this music genre from the start.

  • @xXKyotachiXx Yeah you're right, and same for me I wouldn't have gotten into d&b if it weren't for him (or my brother telling me about him). I just wish he'd made enough money back in the day that he could make the music he wants to make these days instead of what teens want to hear in clubs. I'll always respect him though

  • This doesn't get much better. This is urban style music to die for. I really feel sorry for some of the heads out there listening to music like bieber etc, their world is so fucked up it's beyond contemplation

  • Bad tune.

  • metalheadz aww i love this gods^^

  • the 6 haters must just not like jungle music.

  • I just miss old style tracks like this. The new dnb and these stupid sub genres these new kids made up is so retard!!!

Bring back the days when dnb was just dnb...

  • .........believe in yourself....BamBamBamBam...RedLine thru the 12inch!!

  • 6 haters? BITE MY SHINY, METAL ASS!

    Bender dixit

  • classic man miss it all

  • Slammin tune!

  • This track is getting a lot of play lately on upper East Coast dancefloors. I've heard a lot of locals giving this one its due treatment. Thumbs up all around!

  • Wish there where more raves where they played this.

I do like the dnb in most of it's aspects that we have today, but it seems people have forgot the roots of dnb..

Still amazing music if u ask me, should be played more!

  • masterpiece

  • absolute fakkin bangin

  • blade runner o_O

  • fucking great song

  • @henrique2469 agree

  • 6 dislikes = 6 people thta don't even know....

  • Blade Runner sample gets me everytime :0)

  • good

  • Absolute classic. Always reminds me of winter for some reason...

  • Dillinja was one of the very best. See also his top tracks Baby You're... and In the Mood.

  • One of my Fave DnB tracks...Nice Vangelis/Bladerunner samples...Original vinyl pressing was orange from 1994 so that picture must be the re-pressed version ? @fuckyoparty "Jah know ya big" and "brutal bass" is the flip

  • Bladerunner. NO

  • dam this whole platinum album just killed 16 years later n still does

  • there are many great tunes but this one is SPECIAL. Know every bar in this tune, love getting lost in it, build up and then letting the strings @ 4:13 send shivers up my spine :) Only other tune with the same effect was Sea of Tears by Goldie

  • Something....wonderful, deep & full of soul in this track. One of da best track ever.

  • u gotta remember tho, altho obviously this was the golden era of jungle, its the commercial n jumpup dnb of today that doesnt compare, crews n labels like scientific wax n soothsayer are still bringing ridiculously hard amens. dub-one, nebula, equinox, b-key, nolige, theyre all absolutely on form every track they roll out is killer

  • @sirjungle This man knows what he is talking about. The likes of Alaska also known as Paradox smashes it to bits aswell. Drum n Bass at it's finest.

  • Blade Runner.

  • still good stuff but it my opinion ltj bukem was killing this sound back then 4 real peace

  • Yeahhhh that is deep! The first choone i've ever heard of jungle! Remember the good ol' days.

  • remember playing this to death back in the day, orange label. From '94-'97 every metalheadz release was a striaght up classic and this was no different.ribcage busting bass, heavy amen breaks, bladerunner sample-what else is required?dillinja at his creative peak.

  • there is NO other drop better than the one at 1:46

    NONE!

  • VANGELLES WOZ DA BEST DNB DJ EVA

  • top tune,i can feel another rush coming on........

  • The ultimate Drum n Bass tune. Atmospheric, moody, melodic with bass to make you soil yourself. Carnage.

  • That drop... still makes my hair stand on end even after so many years

  • The sample is from the Bladerunner movie, just looked it up.

  • my neighbours hate me.

  • Dillinger

    "A used-to-be bad guy"

hehe why cant he make tunes like this anymore, now its just noise

  • @robsayers2000 they always get swayed by money he can make tunes like this but he wont he will make crap shit commercial rubbish to make money he should still make this music in the underground

  • My main man, throwing down on the wheels of steel....

  • classic classic

  • ...und wer hat die Trommeln erfunden...?

    Eine Grundlage des Drum´n´Bass !

  • It's a masterpiece. I love it.

  • proper dnb

  • fucking awesome song!!!

  • aww,Blade Runner reprise,sweetness.

  • I had to go watch it again to be sure.

    its so awesome.

  • i love this, better than the shit the radio plays fuckin lily alan and fuckin kings of whatever? love this guys work its just perfection. roll the beats!

  • @magixmusicmaker01

    totally agree

  • the flipside is just as good. forget the name of the track.

  • @magixmusicmaker01 KingsOfLeon haha, the instumentals r not bad but that lead singer and his vocals just piss me off 4 some reason.

  • downIoaded the new drum n bass awards album free from bassline. org with dillinja on and its nuts!!

  • Still makes me shiver, like the first time I heard it. What a tune, what decade, what a feeling. Timeless tune

  • Sick!

  • This stuff is great, today it's great, it's all great.

  • Yeah..Its all way too aggressive these days. Hardcore is just bang, bang, bang and has lost its breakbeat over the 4beat,which means its lost its rythem and vibe imo. Dnb is just too hard hitting as well. Dont get me wrong, I do love dnb these days but I couldnt listen to it like the old stuff. ent so easy on the ears.

  • Defo the better stuff. Most of the scene in the mid 90's is far better than what is about these days. Seems to have no real soul to it these days. I think they focus far too much on what is easy to dance to rather than whats good to listen to. Same goes for Hardcore, great in 94/95, ent much kop these days if ya ask me.

  • I know what your saying about alot of drum and bass these days not having so much soul and more concentrating on whats good in the dance but great drum n bass is still out there, people like Break, spectrasoul, calibre, Icicle, Serum, are still keeping it real.

  • you know it.

  • @DahalMCFC everything after the mid 90's is complete bullshit and the 21st century is completely fucking corrupt in every aspect

  • @DahalMCFC the new shit iz wak man! it aint the same without them amenz! somethings missing..

  • @DahalMCFC your right mate,i feel the same,Fuck it tho least we lived thru the best of the scene, drum and bass may as well be gabba now ts so fast.

  • @DahalMCFC Well said new D&B is just to ermmm how to say ...just no form if you know what i mean :)

  • the best dillinja track is hard noise

  • also they never played FUCKIN dubstep half way through the night ....

  • i love dnb ,but personally for me these were the better days ,with better music .

you went to a rave & this is wot u got ,pure jungle all night just the same kind of music all night ,

also there was more unity in the scene coz it wasnt fragmented by sub genres like liquid, jump up tech, etc.

    these were the better days

  • Jungle like this is makin a comeback. Hearin alot more Amens n Original breaks in new tunes at the moment. Producers takin the scene back underground.

  • 'Amen sister' by High Contrast is a good example of newish (2001 anyway :0) real jungle

  • fuckin BELTER.

  • one word DILLINJA!!!!

  • PROPER.

  • brought back so many memories. love it.

  • It's all about Armoured D, Dilinja's best tune by far. This is good but it can't touch the D. Search it and shit yourself :)

  • those were the times... one of my first tunes ever heard.. addicted to dnb since then

  • True Junglis'

  • best song by dillinja imo

  • Love this tune, reminds me trying to mix with Mum downstairs complaining about the bass....then I'd cut in EXIT 9 by source direct...remember seeing kemi and storm and Lazerdrome, oh remember flatliner, if only i could turn back time!!!!!

  • this is sampling Blade Runner ?

  • correct

  • Oh man! i remember when i first heard this track!@ amazing tune! photek was big and splash came with babylon and all the other good stuff! what a time for DNB it pales in comparison now days :(

  • this is more jungle than DnB

  • Jungle is alot better than DnB (y)

  • depends on the song tbh

  • DNB is the future but all the DARK and the CHILL AMBIENT was taken from jungle and from this i agree JUNGLE is the nuts but DNB rules

    take easy geez

  • personally i don't think jungle/dnb should be differentiated, though they blatantly are. to me the word jungle sums up the vibe of the music much better than dnb. great tune, though.

  • well...i think some of the drum n bass around today is so diluted that it has lost the elements it got from jungle in the first place..the drums mixing with the bass...the atmosphere......but now no drums just 2step....no atmosphere....just noize...Very different i'd say.

  • I agree how most dnb/jungle is dilluted now and yes i get sick of hearing the same 2step drum pattern with no edits no flavour and no funk, i was getting more at that i think jungle is a better word for the QUALITY examples that have been and are still being produced, i just think it describes the atmosphere better than dnb, though with the amount of shit about i guess maybe it's lost the right to be called jungle...or something like that anyway ; /

  • THIS IS PURE JUNGLE SOUND

  • I love it, bring it on dillinja xxxx

  • this is so 'Blue Note'... beautiful classic

  • Golden era...nuff said. Shame he's the clown master now though

  • this era of D&B,around 95 was one of the best years for drum and bass the tracks that producers were bringing out were just un-fucking-believable........wish i could go back in time.....just went "KEMISTRY REMEMBERED"@CARGO on tuesday 28th april and it was the bollox they played old and new tunes and word cant explain how dark it was, everyone played pukka but goldie, doc scott and baily done a 3 man back ta back and it was the tits, goldie started with angels fell then terminater and it went off!

  • sounds heavy! Wish that DnB nights across the country still carried the caliber of tunes that used to get rinsed each and every weekend back in the day

  • Dillinja's best track by far.

The bass can shake your spine out of place!

  • Agreed. One of my favorite D&B tracks of all time.

  • whats happened ta dillinja how can he make bad tracks like this and now he makes that shit jump up crap

  • Comment removed

  • same with teebee

  • this is the dogs fucking bollocks, shiit luv it!

  • bee4 he went wobble nasty legggggenddddd

  • Dillinja..........Monsta!!!

  • Awesome, I've never heard this one before. The bass makes my stomach churn.

  • absolute...

    classic...

  • Badass track

    The drums are amazing

  • wikid an krisp!

  • Classic tune, its got the bladerunner sampling too.
