@props28 It's illigal here in Canada too but you can get this big black plastic rectangle that mounts on to the front of your car which the license plate can then sit it :)

If you plan to keep the car stock I'd probably go with the S4. If you plan to add a few bolt ons like chip, exhaust etc., I'd definately get the 335i.

But I think 335 is coming out with 20 - 30hp more for 2011 models.

For the same price? The S4 starts in at 46k. The M3 is at 59k. Both loaded your looking at an almost 15k difference. M3's went up in price cause it needed to compete with the RS4. You cant find a e92 M3 for the same price as an S4.

@me2thaf ,, The E92 M3 starts at 55K, so you're right, it is a bit more. Remember when the B6 V8 S4 used to compete against the E46 M3?? it was close match, but since then, only the RS4 can compete with the M3, and the RS4 actually cost more than the M3.

@ChuckyBaby13 Thats only when you look at the performance. But remember, an Audi is nothing more then an expensive Volkwagen. BMW's are famous for their handling, and I bet the handling of a 335i is better then the S4. So it will be as fast on the track, but maybe slower on the road.

My friend's mom bought an s4 (which is completely rediculous considering she ins't into sports cars) and I had the chance to drive it. I thought the s4 was the better car but thats just my opinion

Here in the US, the M3 sedan will be around $6,000-12,000 more than the 2010 S4 (Both well packaged). However, BMW is notorious for having better financing options than Audi, so which one is really the best buy would be hard to know at first glance

RS4 is the 4.2L V8 that they do not currently make in this new model. S4 is 3.0L supercharged V6. Think of it as a 335i to a M3.

There are a lot of differences. The RS4 is the previous chasis, the B7. It has a 4.2L V8 (naturally aspired) with 420hp. The new 2010 S4 has the B8 chasis, with a 3.0L Supercharged V6 that produces 333hp. The 2010 S4 averagely will trap 2-3mph less/slower in the 1/4mile than the B7 RS4.
