From all of the detailsI have heard about the cae so far, I am convinced Selena's *murder* was premeditated. Yolanada knew what she was doing and planned it ahead of time. I never understood spanish at the age of 9 when she passed; however, I would watch El Tegro I think it was called on TV due to the music. One day I turned it on and found the light gathering announcing she passed. I turned on the radio and even on English speaking channels they had RIP Selena info. From all of the detailsI have heard about the cae so far, I am convinced Selena's *murder* was premeditated. Yolanada knew what she was doing and planned it ahead of time. But accident or not, Yolanda is single handedly responsible for Selena's death. The gun didn't just materialize out of thin air into her hand. The bullet would have had a clean exit, and while Selena would have been in great pain and required hospitalization, she would have definitely been restored to full health. As it stood, by cruel chance, the major artery was severed. And, because of it, this monster (precisely the right word) took the life of one of the most beautiful, talented and gracious human beings I have ever been aware of.
