They always dress in the uniforms worn in whichever building they're in. This is segmentof the popular Gaki no Tsukai batsu game done by this group of comedians every year. They have to spend 24 hours somewhere (in this case a hospital, though they've also been in a high school, hotel, news agency, etc.) and have to resist laughing at all the ridiculous situations the show throws their way. Those who laugh get punished. It's friggin' hilarious XD
