THANK YOU Steve! We love your book & songs.......on the time when your little girl graduated to Heaven...we too lost our 6 yr old grandson ...my son his only son in a tragic accident of which he was involved...Pray with me (gramMama that he can get through this & we all can look forward to seeing him soon. THANK YOU & BLESS YOU & your lovely wife & son for doing this hard thing in your grief..... big hugs
After everything he has been throw the last three years, how could he possibly write a song like this. How can one person have so much faith is Jesus. If only i have half the faith he has. God bless you Steven
Trials make us who were are. There may not be an obvious blessing in the end, but the fact that you can be there to relate to another person going thru the same thing is a blessing in itself..Plus it makes you SO much closer to God, and teaches us to lean on him.
A friend hurt me in a major way this year. I have been so encouraged that God can make beauty rise from the ashes of a devastated relationship and heal us. It may just take time.
This video has been so comforting to me. Every word speaks directly to my heart. Recently, I lost my home and 2 of my precious dogs to a house fire. I watched my home burn and watched everything turn to ashes. I lost everything. Long for the joy and waiting to see the beauty rise from the ashes....
I love to the whole album from front to back, but my favorite song right now is "Faithfull". But that could change at any time because this album is so good...
I think this is my favorite off this album. I got it today and was reading what he wrote after the lyrics, and he said something about this being the "epic" song on the album--I definitely think it is epic and I love it. (:
I love Steven and I just hope he knows how many people love and support him. He has an amazing heart for God and he continues to praise Him even though he's experienced so much pain.
you should also buy declaration, that album would blow you away, one of the songs is called 'bring it on' he certainly did and Christ is shining through it. we are speechless Steven.
to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the veil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of His splendor. Isaiah 61:3
absolutely incredible song...Steven's voice has never sounded better or more passionate...bodes well for the next project, which releases 10 days before my birthday...what a great gift it will make!
What a beautiful, amazing sight, to see the three Chapman boys hammering out a song declaring that from the ashes, beauty will rise. How awesome, that Will and Caleb played this with Steven. Indeed, beauty has risen, and may it continue to rise, forever. Amen.
What a witness for Steven, Caleb, and Will to perform this song together for the first time live. May God continue to raise the beauty from the ashes.

Brilliant and breathtaking.
Chills.
Steven at the keyboards with such a
profound song is a flashback to Keith
Green.
Yes, I hear echoes of the future too and know God will wipe those tears away.
Peace and love to the Chapmans and to all .
