Jim Crow Laws do not apply in this instance nor could they for at least a century. During the time they were applicable they would have kept such a family from immigrating to the USofA at all. Is that your point, that the Obama family should never have gained entrance to the nation at all. Or do you simply miss the days of past when you could mistreat your betters w/o fear of reprisal.

@AngryPenguin27 He's working on that. Its not his fault past presidents screwed up the economy. He only has so much power. He can declare the troops to come home but congress has to pass it. Alot of congressman are republicans & theyre givin him a hard time. Everything should come together in do time, he said that it'll all take time before he got elected. Im he'd rather be working w/ the troops & stuff like healthcare rather than these little meetings.
@atalina08 Obama is taking advice from and protecting the very bankers who created this problem. THAT is what is his fault. He bailed out the banks. He didn't have to. He wasn't supposed to. His lack of understanding of basic econ will be our undoing.
The President doesn't have to wait on anyone to maneuver the military. Congress declares wars, the President then acts as its Commander. If he wanted he could bring the troops home with the flick of a pen. We don't have time to waste.
