@ScomerB TukUI, but I don't think it's going to work anymore. I tried to make it work on my game, but it wouldn't. I think Blizzard hates TukUI. Google "TukUI" and it will be the very first one. It's an amazing UI I used to use back when I played a year ago. Now I'm getting back into WoW and I can't make TukUI work.

@tonkatrucker112 nourish doesn't require a quest or anything , you learn it from the druid trainers in capitals. You learn the move at level 80. I hope that helps

At lvls 1-79 you use Healing Touch, at 80 you do not use HT as it is shit, so at 80 you train Nourish and use it :) You ONLY use HT as a combination of Nature's Swiftness+Healing Touch, probably in a macro

/cast Nature's Swiftness

/cast Healing Touch, which gives you an instant heal, a bit less efective than Lay on Hands (with an advantage of only 3minutes cooldown, LoH has a 20m cooldown as far as I remember)

With a 5.6 GS tree, about 3 months ago, with 2.5k sp it healed for ~23k

Like it was stated at the beginning of this clip. This was from 3.2.2 when crit was important due to the tier 9 four set bonus. Don't be a nub, stack haste, not crit.

You don't need crit. Rejuvenation should be about 65% of your healing followed by wild growth. Neither can crit. You want to be haste capped. With 750 (approx,) haste you'll want to be specced into celestial focus in the balance tree. If you can get up to 835 haste then spec out of it and reconfigure your resto tree. You'll always want atleast 750 haste. (This is assuming the raid has the correct raid buffs)

I actually use Tranquility more than I use Swiftmend.

I've put 2 points into Tranquility for the 3.2 cd and 100% threat reduction. I use at soon as it is available. It may cost a bit of mana but it's quickly covered by my MP5

Some of it will be ok, because of the spell power and maybe haste, spirit and int on it. But you'd be missing some things like spell hit and maybe some crit.

Well resto druids can do *some* damage, just like all other healers but if you are looking for a healer that is capable of doing quite high dmg (for pvp maybe) you are looking for discipline priest.

Well they use spell power, and when leveling it helps, but as resto druids, there healers, not damage dealers, but they could do damage with balance spells but not great. There specced to heal, not cast damaging spells.

I disagree on one thing: I believe that empowered touch is an extremely viable talent for druid healers, especially when called upon to heal a tank.

Empowered touch: 20 % bonus to nourish

Glyph of Nourish: additional 6% heal from nourish per HoT on target.

I almost always have 2 HoTs on tank, if not 3 or 4, so being specced and glyphed into nourish healing is an extraordinary tank healing tool. The high crit from Nature's Bounty often procs Nature's Grace making Nourish even better.

I have a question now with my heal rotation that I find most effective is that I spam rejuv and lifebloom I throw down a regrowth on tank and melee dps when I can and I use wild growth and of course nourish to top off hp....is there a flaw in this mechanic? just wondering :) I find its effective I have done H's for the new instances with this rotation and it has served me well but I am always looking for improvement :) lemme know :)

I don't spec into Nature's grace, because the proc then screws up my timing. I still the stupid egg, of course, because trinkets don't drop for my druid - sort of my main alt, doesn't get into raids as much - so the egg proc causes the same thing. I assume if I played my druid more than my hunter, this would be less of an issue.
