Hi, I am using since 5 weeks, and it works....I've bought also the one for dark circles (even mine are not that strong, but it's sayd could works for eye bag...i dont' really know it is working or not, but maybe just a little. BTW, they have changed the dispenser. I mean no more dispenser, just a tube....go to read your blog
