@jyotikukreja3 i believe you have to be vegetarian to practise spirituality, especialy with shani, he is very stirct, but good acts will be rewarded. i don't believe you have to offer anything but your devotion. when you start out recite it as often as you can or want, but at least once everyday.

@KarkarSoVeryGay69 Yes you can do it everyday at an hour ruled by planet Saturn. Get a planetary hour calculator and that will help to know what planet rules what hour of the day. Hope that helps
