It's called Overcome but he didn't sample Karmacoma. I'm pretty sure Overcome was the original track then Massive Attack reworked it with Tricky rejoining Massive Attack on the track. Both great tunes though.

Tricky was a member of Massive Attack up until just after their album "Protection" came out I think. He split after that and made "Maxinquaye", so "Overcome" came after Karmacoma, but Tricky wrote it in the first place.

True, but Tricky wrote the part of Karmacoma that is featured in Overcome i.e. his rap. I assume the others get writing credit for music etc.

true. Tricky was a member of MA and wrote Karmacoma for the album Protection. He did overcome at the same time for his own album, which did create more tension between the two groups. meh.

khal nayak(the villan)is from 1993 and it was pretty much the biggest action movie of the year so its not like they were breathing some new life into an old obscure track people had foggoten about ,cos it was from like the year before ,not that it shouldnt b sampled.people should sample whatever the fuck they want ,its just they should have at least credited laxmikant-pyarelal.
