@juankrlox I have somewhat a six pack(almost there) will this give me a deeply cut six pack or what? Im not looking in loosing weight, just gaining muscle. And what all of your body does this machine work out?
@CannibalCorpseXX I have a friend that use it a lot and he have a pretty defined six pack.. One of the cool things on the ab king pro is that you can help your abs with your arms and your chest, so you can get every of those parts very exhausted if you combine it right with some pushups and other stuff..
the bad thing is that is very very slow.. for you, it will take like 100 hundred or more to get exhausted.. you wont like that.. well, you can try adding some weight.. i've never tried it
@juankrlox Ok man, thanks for the help. I don't mind if I have to do more, as long as I see results. I normally watch TV while I workout anyway...so that wont be a problem at all.

@cristojey works but not if you are lazy.. its no magic, you have to sweat a lot (it also works your arms and pectoral)
