98 SE was Better than original 98 which was riddled with issues.

ME was ok but more of a Service Pack to 98 than a full on upgrade.

the main reason why this song was made was because when windows 95 came out. it wouldn't run on the older processors many people still used then, such as the 386 (which apparently could run windows 95 but not well). My old windows 95 computer was wonderful with the speed for what i used it for back then and stuff.
