I think he means the 2 cops(secret services agents?) just standing there at the bottom of the metal staircase talking into their radios @00:17 on the left of the shot and in the background. You'd think the fuckers would be running towards the car at that point? As the initial camera shot of the crash changes to the shot with them in it you can still see it rock back and forth from the impact of it hitting the monument. Looks waaay suss to me. And what about the guy on the bike - lucky bastard!!!

The car was already badly damaged. The windshield and roof being crushed downward as well as front end damage- looks like would have run up under rear of truck. Possibly done from hitting people. MAIN POINT- is their no info/footage etc on what happened before this- seems everybit as interesting as this or more so- where's the details?
