just wanna add to my comments, except some sellers on ebay, ILORY is the only chain i know ( from San Fransisco ) that sells 48mm flips for oliver peoples riley

your correct.... oliver peoples only offer the flips in size 45mm...

many people don't know this, but these flips are not made by oliver peoples, op buy them and repackage them to become an op product.... most optician in L.A. been selling these flips for years....

you can find the flips in size 48mm on ebay....

@franzesulse My 48 Riley glasses and its clip-on where the only size available in the store where I bought them. There wasn't 45 or any other sizes availables than this for the Riley model. Both things, the glasses and the clip-on fits me perfectly. The clip-on is the corresponding one to the size of my glasses and they are of course, Oliver Peoples brand.

@someguy246 They work very well on slim and wide faces. The glasses and the clip -on are sold separately. The Riley glasses are $315 and the clip on is $165. The clip-on is polarized, obviously. They are the best sunglasses I own.

@preppychrisbou Yeah I tried the 48s on and they didn't look too small at all. Too bad they only had them in clear to try on. What colour are yours? Cocobolo? I'm thinking of getting the dark mahogany but yours look really good too! Could you possibly post a video of you wearing them to see how they SHOULD fit. They're charging me 359 + speacial order fee, is that fair? Thanks!

@someguy246 Yeah, my glasses are cocobolo color. They look really really sharp. I didn't ordered my glasses online, I bought them at ILORI. It's a very famous eyewear store, so I can't really tell you how much the fee should cost you. At first I thought that $359 was a bit high, but I think it's "ok" realizing that this glasses are more expensive than ordinary glasses.

nice. the clip is a size too big for the glasses though. I got my pair early summer, there awsome but a pain to get on and off.

@KeeRaN77 That's the corresponding clip. Maybe it looks bigger on camera. I agree about geting the clip on and off, but that's part of the fun and makes it totally genuine, like the real vintage clip-ons.

No they don't have prescription, I just couldn't resist to buy this awesome glasses. They are indeed very similar to F.E Cs glasses. The clip-on which is removable is absolutely functional and they are polarized. A jewel of eyewear.

Awesome! Are they prescription or just for image? Either way they look great. Similer if not the same as the ones FEC wears.
