  • Thanks,

    Very very funny.

    Natacha.

    :-)

  • 2:46 I love how Lucy turned perfectly right up to Williams face. Great classic comedy.

  • Lucille Ball is the Best..!!

  • After all these years, to still be giving us the gift of laughter and joy. And what a great sport William Holden was to take that pie! And what a professional; I've watched this clip slowed down and even at the moment of impact, he didn't even flinch.

  • One of the greatest comedic scenes in television history. :)

  • "William Holden behind me! oh he's dreamy"LOL you can say that again Lucy.I never get tired of watching this,it's hysterical and William looks like he's having a great time so relaxed working with her. Thanks for uploading great episode.

  • This is my all-time favorite episode. I would be exactly like Lucy and Ethel watching for movie stars, were the Derby open and still the "hot spot" for celebs today!

  • He was so close, she should have kissed him on the lips!

  • @zany2x and ran like hell lol

  • I love this episode. This was Lucille Ball's favorite episode.

  • For me, the best part of this scene is seeing how relaxed William Holden becomes while Lucy becomes more uncomfortable.

  • The first time I saw this on TV, I could hardly breath. Now after about 500 times watching it, it still gets a few hearty chuckles from me. Lucy is timeless.

  • that reaction from lucy when bill holden winks at her just gets me every time XD

    3:02 :P

  • William Holden;my nigga!he was the shit back in the days;R.I.P. Golden Boy

  • @joker YES she's NO LONGER WITH US! We're both fans so curb the attitude!!!

  • @bammeron1 I sowwy for being meany...... I just loved this show when i was little because it was the only show I could watch.

  • HAPPY 100th BIRTHDAY!!

  • Happy 100th birthday Lucy! You were awesome!

  • @bammeron1 WERE awesome? She still is is! get your facts right!

  • This is my all-time favorite episode. I can't imagine how many times I have seen it, it always cracks me up, especially with the putty nose. The whole episode is hysterical. When Ricky comes home & she says, "I'm shy", just the thought of that does it to me!

  • this scene always makes me hungry

Good 4 Bill Holden giving lucy a taste of her own medicine, thats exactly what i do when kids are standing there stareing at me cause there parents are 2 busy 2 realize they are being rude, i use a 3 wheel scooter

  • Oh man, what a classic scene!

  • And would you know it...Lucille Ball and William Holden did a movie in 1949 titled Miss Grant Takes Richmond.

  • When the waiter spilled the spaghetti on William Holden I laughed until I cried.

  • @Gvieto It wasn't spaghetti, it was a pie.

  • @LeiFox87 Sorry about that I goofed but it was still so exteremly funny I cried.

  • @Gvieto

Actually that's not spagehetti that's spilled on Bill Holden. It appears to be some type of gooey wet dish. No noodles on his noodles....no pasta on his person. Lucy was the one eating spaghetti.

  • @JubalCalif Thank you for the correction. I still laughed until I cried. I don't any celeb in Hollywood would like that food spilled on them even for a sitcom.

  • @Gvieto

You are more than welcome, my friend. And I totally agree with you that most celebs wouldn't be crazy about having food dumped onto them....messy way to make a living! :-)

  • @JubalCalif I know that Lucy worked with the Three Stooges and probably learned from them some of her comic material.

  • LOVE THIS!

  • HA,HA,HA,
