Nope, last time I checked the Pipe Major was Danny Boyle, although the name Colin Berta sounds familiar (I'm not in the band).

absaloutely amazing! i remember being there and being completely stunned by their tone. incredible for 18 pipers! put the mighty army of 30 round the other side to shame. looking forward to hearing next year!!

I felt so sorry for them at the Worlds, they were soaking wet and obviously the mositure got to the bags/reeds and their drone sound in the medley was a bit off - if they could have reproduced this sound on the day they might have done very well indeed.

was great hearing you guys practice, even better watching how you set up. I heard Manawatu,FMM,Alberta,78ths,Alc­al and you guys and without a word of a lie the practice I took in on the Friday before the worlds was immense, beating all them hands down. The sound you get is AWESOME and on the day was as good as if not better than FMM. Keep that squad together and you will do big things. Pity bout the saturday weather. All the best.
