So many great bands and songs around. I must say that "The Eleventh hour" has got to be my ALL TIME favorite song in the world. This song always gives me chills. Fates Warning always!
...8:13 ...And so would end the first side of the cassette. I would always tend to sit there in awe for a few moments before flipping to the second half.
How often do you hear a song that is absolute perfection from beginning to end? This is one of them. The whole album is metal perfection, but this song is special among the others.
my uncle was obsessed with queensryche, i was like 7 or 8 yrs old when he was jamming them, i was more n2 metallica, pantera, but i walked into his room one day and i heard this screaming coming from his head phones, Ray Adler. nuff said, fucking opened my world to prog, fan ever since
@ilikecoochie This band and Queensryche are some of the most unappreciated bands in metal history. They should've gotten way more credit than they did. They both created masterpieces: Parallels for FW and Operation Mindcrime for Queensryche. All I can say is that I am thankful, almost to the point of tears, of my dad for introducing me to them...brings back the good memories I had with him. Kinda wish I could go back to those days. That's what this music does for me. Takes me back.
You know, to be honest, I'm glad that more people don't know about or listen to this band. That makes it so much more special to the rest of us who do listen. Let those other people stay outside in their pop world. They don't know what they're missing, but we're doing just fine without them.
god I miss these guys... Both John Arch (whose voice I believe to be more Ethereal) and Ray (whose voice is just fvking awesome) takes me back to a time in the nineties... NO EXIT in its entirety was on my playlist every single day for months at a time
This album released in "Q Sound" was ground breaking at the time! 80's metal was like a renaissance for audio wizardry. who remembers the days when guitarists were separated between left and right speakers and the two harmonized and the song would not be the same without one or the other!!!
Pleaseee, come to Serbia for God's sakeee !!!!!!!!!!!

Pitiful that this has only had 2,305 hits, while Lady Gaga and such get thousands of hits, if not millions. Sad commentary on our society.

These guys were so awesome back then... I used to listen to these guys all the time back in the nineties... Oh the memories...

this song takes percussion to the next level and spread the different pieces in the audio field of left and right and everything in between!!

#1 Musicians in the Universe!!!!
Best song writers,pioneer extraordinaires
every album is a journey always evolving to the next level, that is why it is called Progressive.
And they actually do it! Progress.
I won't mention any other band names
(we all know who I'm speaking of)
but...these guys were doing this style of
Prog/Metal long before those who think they deserve the credit for it's development!
Hailz to Fates Warning!

DT know where they stand.
It's their fans that think they deserve the credits, not the band members themselves.
