I think it's great that you grew a plant on your cleanse! What a cool thing to do. I'm on day 8 right now and I'm thinking about going to 14 also. I know you did this over a year ago but thanks for the inspiration.

try and find an alkaline water if you can like essentia...if that's not available, then just use distilled water.
