OKAY, and when can i buy this? primitive question, but quite important. I find everywhere fantastic solutions for blind people, just nobody knows how and when to get it. without a chance to have one it's only a rumour...

Are you kidding? He's blind. There IS no better solution. Those glasses are the best that we can do at the moment, but at least they allow him to see, unlike before. That's pretty advanced, not primitive.
